The entire process of commercialisation and the management of venture funds falls within the remit of WestFocus Business Creation.  The Managing Director of the operation reports to the WestFocus Executive Committee via a nominated Executive Director.

The “front-line” staff for WestFocus Business Creation are the Commercialisation Managers located in each of the consortium Member institutions. The Commercialisation Managers are supported by a number of Project Managers who tend to be directly involved with cases being progressed.

There is also a small core team dealing with administration and communications, but the Commercialisation Managers should be the first port of call.
