Please note, some of these programmes contain secure Word documents, and to download these you may need to adjust your browser's security settings.
In Internet Explorer go to Internet Options/Security/Custom Level: Downloads --- File Downloads must be ENABLED.
You can also try changing your custom level settings, as a 'High' setting will prevent you downloading files. Alternatively, you can hold down the CTRL button whilst clicking on the document - this will overide the security settings.
