WestFocus Business Acceleration provides support for raising of grant funding and other sources of finance.  This includes:
- Access to the PARK Seed Funds, available to projects with a WestFocus university connection
Introduction and support for Angel and VC investment, including the Close Brothers Venture Fund available via universities in the WestFocus consortium

Note that investment funding may involve an agreement for equity participation. In the case of the PARK 1 seed fund, that effectively provides convertible loans, there is an agreement to convert to shares at a later date - typically on valuation at the time of external investment.
