From Enterprise Idea to Business Opportunity
Once you have developed a series of ideas using your creative skills, it becomes necessary to decide which of these to take forward. Once you have generated your ideas and began to identify a range of opportunities for your future ‘enterprise’ you will then need to go about evaluating the opportunity. The value and importance of innovation is also considered in this Building Block.

- Understand the difference between a good new idea and a genuine business opportunity
- Evaluate a good business opportunity in terms of market potential
- Explain why innovation is so important for all types of enterprises
