It may be that by now you are seriously thinking about setting up your own business. In this Building Block we turn our attention to gathering the resources you are going to need to bring your enterprise alive.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this Building Block you should be able to:
- Understand what are the main requirements of a new venture and categorise the main resources to be gathered
- Evaluate what finance sources are available and appropriate to your enterprise
- Begin to map out your own enterprise’s financial and other resource needs and draw up a plan of where these might come from
- Understand the importance of leveraging resources through effective networking
