Everybody has a Bright Ideas! Yours could win you £1,000.

It could be anything from a new or improved service or product, or a social enterprise or project? Whether it is a one off or ongoing project or business, get ready to put your ideas on paper and compete with your peers.

You may come from any area of study - from Science, Technology and Engineering, to Art, Design, or Music.  You do not need any formal business knowledge and you can enter on your own or as part of a team. You DO need to be a registered student at one of the participating universities, and if you have applied previously and didnt win you can still enter again.

It's simple - come up with a BRIGHT IDEA, apply and you could win one of:

7 prizes of £1000
16 prizes of £250

One of these prizes is reserved for the Brightest Idea in Health and Social Care. In addition, Bright Ideas has teamed up with several sponsors to offer several special prizes:

- STEM UEN, Microsoft and BAe Systems for the Brightest Science Ideas

- A special prize will also be awarded by Marketest, the UK leading market research company who will be giving away £500 worth of free market research.
